Prof. Dr. Hakan Kaya was born in Isparta in 1965, is married and has four children. He graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1988, completed his specialist training in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine in 1993, and received his Gynecological Oncology Surgery Specialist in the Ministry of Health in 2010. He received training at important universities in Germany in periods; Heine University Faculty of Medicine, Friedrich-Alexander University Faculty of Medicine, and Lübeck University Faculty of Medicine. He speaks English and German fluently.

He started his career as chief physician and health group head at Kars, Sarıkamış state hospital in 1993; in 1994, he worked as a gynecologist and obstetrician at Isparta maternity and child care center, gynecology and obstetrics specialist, and between 1994-2010, as a founding faculty member of the gynecology and obstetrics department of Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Medicine and founded the relevant department. He has been continuing his work at the Private Isparta Hospital, which he owns, since 2010.

During her 16 years as a university faculty member, she has published many articles and reports in international and national scientific journals and congresses. She was the first to apply intraperitoneal continuous hyperthermic chemotherapy in cases of ovarian cancer and peritoneal carcinomatosis in Turkey. She opened the Özel Isparta Hospital IVF Center in 2006. She is the only practitioner of the ZİFT (Zygote Intra Fallopian Transfer) treatment method, which is an effective method in recurrent IVF failure, in our country.

During this 30-year period as a physician, she has trained very successful specialist physicians for our country academically, performed more than 25 thousand surgeries and successfully delivered nearly 15 thousand children. The children born in her hands are now the 29-year-old new generation, and she still brings the lives of new generation babies together with life with love, patience and the principle of success. In addition to patients coming from abroad and within our country, he has been with almost every family in many cities, districts and neighborhoods in the Mediterranean region, especially in Isparta and Burdur, during their examinations, treatments, surgeries, having children and giving birth, reaching a large audience and becoming one of their family members. He continues his work with success and maximum effort.
